Desire to work with the senior population
Strong interpersonal skills with awareness for dignity, respect, compassion and safety

Nice To Haves

Dementia care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Implementation of recreational program.
Monitor resident needs, preferences, and attendance in activities.
Assist in preparing activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs.
This position will be working on a secured dementia unit.
This position is part of a three person activity staff team.
