About The Position
The Marshes of Skidaway Island is recruiting for a part-time Activities Assistant. In this role, you will work with residents both in groups and one-on-one to provide enriching activities that meet the Dimensions of Wellness needs: Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, Social, Environmental, and Intellectual. We offer an environment where you are appreciated and where you build relationships with your residents. Our team members love taking care of our residents!
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a long-term care facility planning and delivering programs, preferably with senior population.
- Experience working with geriatric population.

Responsibilities
- Assessment and charting of residents.
- Keep accurate records of resident participation.
- Lead groups, One-on-one visits and activities as scheduled.
