Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working with elderly/dementia residents is preferred
- Must be able to do physical tasks such as leading exercise
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing activities and social programs
- Support residents in using their physical and mental potential
- Encourage resident engagement and participation
- Promote a positive atmosphere and emotional well-being
- Bring joy and smiles to residents through meaningful interactions
- Perform bus driver duties when applicable
