Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
- A valid California driver’s license.
- Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provides activities to residents which meet the standards of this facility.
- Coordinates a team approach with the program and nursing departments.
- Supports individual care plans.
- Provides residents guidance and assistance in working towards a lower level or maintaining a current functioning level of care.
