As an Activities Assistant, you'll help bring joy, purpose, and connection to residents through engaging programs and one-on-one interactions. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to pass required employment screenings
Responsibilities
- Lead fun and engaging activities for residents
- Encourage participation in group and one-on-one programs
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Support residents' social, emotional, and mental well-being
- Work with the care team to create positive resident experiences
