The Activities Assistant is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading engaging activities that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, physical well-being, and overall quality of life for participants. This role works closely with the Activities Coordinator and program staff to ensure activities are person-centered, safe, and enjoyable. The Assistant will create an environment of warmth, caring, respect, and acceptance for the participants, act as a member of the interdisciplinary team as needed, and assist with day center meals and snacks.
