Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in activities, social services, recreational therapy, or a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine passion for working with seniors
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred
- Background in music, art, or drama is a plus
Responsibilities
- Engage and build relationships with senior residents
- Plan and lead a variety of activities, including: Games, concerts, and exercise classes, Arts & crafts and bingo, Holiday and special event decorating, Field trips, lunch and dinner outings
- Assist with creating flyers, calendars, and activity materials
- Bring creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to every day
