Westminster Oaks is seeking a Full-Time Activities Assistant to assist in planning, developing, and directing the overall operation of the activities department. The role ensures that an ongoing program of activities is designed to meet the interests and abilities of each resident, in accordance with regulatory guidelines and established policies and procedures. The assistant will implement and conduct programs as assigned by the Activities Director, encouraging resident participation. This includes setup and cleanup for activities, leading and assisting resident groups on community outings, and conducting one-on-one activities. Responsibilities also include completing documentation such as Assessments and Daily Attendance Sheets, and purchasing and organizing supplies for activities.
