About The Position
Are you a people-person who loves bringing enrichment and engagement to the daily lives of the elderly? At Belle Reve Senior Livng—you’ll be a helping hand in the overall emotional and social engagement of our residents in the place they call home. Requirements
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
- Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a memory care or senior living setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build a community among our resident population.
- Encourage resident participation while respecting individual preferences and abilities.
- Work with the Director of Engagement to bring life to the community.
- Develop and implement activity programs tailored to participants' interests and needs.
