NDM is a family-owned hospitality business that started in F&B and is now expanding into vacation rentals. We are creating a new sector in hospitality by creating identifiable brands with consistent accommodations, services and amenities within the vacation rental space. Position Summary: As an Activities Ambassador, you are the life of the party, you are interacting and finding innovative ideas to engage with guest of all ages. Your positive attitude and creativity will be sure to shine as you sing away your favorite tunes on the pool deck. Your astounding personality will make a memorable impression and have our guest ready to relax during their time with Margaritaville Resort.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of similar experience
High School Diploma preferred
Experience in recreational hospitality, Cruise Ships, Summer Camps and or DJ
Must be able to pass CPR/First Aid certifications within in timely manner
Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments
Must be change adaptive, flexible, and empathetic
Must be highly customer oriented and responsive with a high need for closure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work outdoors and different weather conditions
Comfortable speaking into a microphone to large crowds.

Responsibilities

Responsible for organizing and hosting the daily activities as listed in the monthly activity calendar.
Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests as they enter into the park or Hang Ten Children's Play room.
Responsible for following policies and procedures as set forth to ensure guest/member access, safety, and enjoyment for all guests/members.
Responsible for ensuring all inventory needs are met.
Must be able to conduct cash handling and point of sale at Sundries Retail.
Responsible for dispatching guests down slides.
Be a team leader and lead by example, because it is important to inspire motivation and anticipation in all team members.
It will be the responsibility of the Activity Host to maintain effective lines of communication between all team members in regards to club operations and issues relating to the guests/members.
