About The Position

Make Every Day Fun! Lorien Bulle Rock is hiring an Activities Assistant to bring energy, creativity, and engagement to our residents. If you have a passion for creativity and a love for people, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference every day. As an Activities Assistant, you’ll plan and lead recreational, social, and educational programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents in a skilled nursing and assisted living environment.

Requirements

• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and facilitate engaging activities, events, and programs for residents
• Assist residents in safely participating in activities
• Encourage socialization, engagement, and personal growth
• Document resident participation and progress
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident needs
