Department: Works to build active learning initiatives for STEM courses Helps faculty improve course content by aiding in the implementation of active learning strategies Provides diagnostic reviews of current STEM courses with recommendations for improvement Design project checklists for authentic assessments of learning Job Summary: Updates course curriculum and materials under the supervision of instructional staff or faculty in support of instructional advancement. Job Description: Organizes and develops curricula, materials and programs to meet specific training needs. Partners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content. Works to ensure course materials are current and relevant. Plans and coordinates skill assessments and trainings. Edits, reviews, and updates existing materials based on curriculum changes. Meeting with faculty and staff to review course materials Editing course syllabi, project assignments, other course materials Researching similar course offerings and gathering data Other duties as assigned Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role. Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed on a 1:1 substitution basis.
