As a Learning Designer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies and curriculum development plans that support the growth and development of personnel in the automotive industry. You will combine the fields of design (interaction, user experience, graphic, and game) with the elements of education, instructional design, and experiential learning to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Your expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and learning strategies will contribute to the design and delivery of training programs aligned with business objectives and industry-specific requirements.
