About The Position
Creative Services at TelevisaUnivision is looking for an Activations Technician to join our team! We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Activations Technician to represent at various events and promotional activities. The Activations Technician is responsible for demonstrating knowledge and love of the brand while ensuring each customer has an exciting and enjoyable experience. Activations Technicians bring a positive attitude and service mentality to every interaction in an effort to delight our Uforia brands audience. The Activations Technician will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and promoting our brands services and products to the target audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, radio, and marketing and be able to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
Requirements
- Must at least be 18 years old.
- Must be energetic and charismatic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Passion for music, radio, and marketing.
- Ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business which may include the closing shift, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to spend up to 100% of the working time standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to perform repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders.

- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Represent our brands at various events such as concerts, festivals, client events and community gatherings.
- Communicate and promote services and products to the target audience.
- Communicate and promote clients services and products to the target audience.
- Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and merchandise.
- Engage with the target audience to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
- Provide feedback to the team on audience reactions, preferences, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, trends, and competitors.
- Make sure activations participants fill up price forms.
- Responsible for making sure the activations ROS is followed up by the team.
- The Activations Technician is responsible for demonstrating knowledge and love of the brand while ensuring each customer has an exciting and enjoyable experience.
- Assists during the activation delivery of premiums and raffles.
- Maintains the visual standards and follows the ROS document.
- Share feedback and ideas with management.
- Adapts to an environment that changes quickly.
