About The Position
In this pivotal Executive Officer & Action Officer role, you will stand at the intersection of strategy and execution, directly supporting critical national security priorities. Serving as the operational engine for senior intelligence leadership, you will bring structure to complex environments by orchestrating high-visibility taskings, driving cross-functional alignment, and modernizing policies to maximize enterprise efficiency. Where others see operational bottlenecks or unrealized potential, you will deliver clarity—providing clients with a comprehensive, holistic view of their mission ecosystem and empowering them to transform their day-to-day practices for maximum impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting Intelligence Community customers
- Experience with government tasking tools
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations
- Monitoring key deliverables
- Tracking action items to completion
- Identifying bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives across leadership workflows
- Managing the lifecycle of executive taskers, routing assignments, monitoring deadlines, and auditing final submissions for quality and compliance for Intelligence Community customers
- Designing, optimizing, and documenting core business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance organizational efficiency
- Communicating effectively with senior level government clients
- Proactively identifying critical gaps in coordination processes
