About The Position

This position will support the Global Tooling and Fabrication build area Director as the 'Action Officer' responsible for oversight of organizational strategic/tactical planning and execution. The role involves bridging gaps between functions, building effective relationships to solve problems and execute cross-functionally. It also includes coordinating short, medium, and long term strategy execution for the build team, and monitoring, supporting, and indexing measures of success aligned with the Organizational vision and initiatives. The Action Officer will function as an extension of the Director's intent, ensuring vision is focused and being executed as designed, and will assist the Director in managing time allocation and prioritization of decision making.

Requirements

Project Management &/or Project Leadership experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Responsibilities

Manages Operating Rhythm including scheduling, pre- and post- planning
