The ACT Team Program Manager provides daily leadership and administrative oversight of the ACT Team. This role involves supervising and evaluating clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring fidelity to the ACT model, and coordinating treatment plans. The manager is responsible for monitoring client admissions, discharges, service delivery, and ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation and billing. They will also maintain effective working relationships with patients and community partners, promote a trauma-informed approach, and ensure patients and families receive appropriate education. This position may require participation in an on-call rotation.
