About The Position

Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority (LCMHA), in Adrian, Michigan has an exciting opportunity for a ACT Supervisor [Clinical Program Supervisor - Assertive Community Treatment]. The starting annual salary is $77,649. The annualized salary range for this position is $77,649 to $100,269 per year (based on a 37-1/2 hour work week); the range is based on the number of years of service with the agency. LCMHA is also a participating / qualifying site for several student debt relief options including the HRSA Loan Repayment Program & MDHHS Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program (Please note that employee eligibility is determined by these programs, and not by LCMHA). Requirements

  • Master's Degree in social work or human services field
  • Licensed or certified by the State of Michigan in Social Work, Psychology or other related Behavioral Health field
  • At least three (3) years of experience in working with the severely and persistently mentally ill population
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Must complete ACT 101 Training within 6 months of hire

Nice To Haves

  • One year of previous supervisory experience desired
  • Have education and demonstrated competency in assessment, crisis management and stabilization and therapeutic care for mentally impaired adults & individuals who have substance use disorders

Responsibilities

  • Leading the team's daily meeting, assigning new referrals, reviewing crisis situations, and ensuring follow-up care is coordinated across disciplines.
  • Providing direct services to consumers – such as therapy, case management, or crisis intervention.
  • Ensuring that documentation, medication protocols, and treatment plans are carried out with accuracy and integrity.
  • Supervising and supporting team members.
  • Assisting in scheduling to meet consumer's needs.
  • Consulting on clinical issues.
  • Reviewing service utilization data to keep the program on track.
  • Preparing for a MiFAST review.
  • Reviewing individualized plan of service (IPOS).
  • Working with community partners to ensure continuity of care.
  • Ensuring fidelity to the ACT model while promoting ethical, high-quality services for the people we serve.
