About The Position

The F/ACT Specialist is a senior F/ACT staff with a wide range of F/ACT and/or rehabilitative experience. The F/ACT Specialist will perform the duties of the Clinical Coordinator in the absence of the Clinical Coordinator. CBI is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
1 year of experience working with the SMI population required.
Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.

Nice To Haves

Associates Degree in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
1 year of experience working on an F/ACT team preferred.
Additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse preferred.
Recovery from Alcohol or Drugs and/or GMH for equal to or greater than 1 consecutive year preferred.
Or a combination of education and experience.
