Requirements

Hold a current, valid registration with the Louisiana Department of Education.
Be a qualified teacher in the United States (or in the process of becoming one).
Be a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
Have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university.
Be energetic, enthusiastic, and driven.
Be passionate about shaping young minds and helping students succeed.
Love teaching, thrive on student success, and be committed to excellence.
Be comfortable being flexible.

Be ready to take on the responsibility of helping a child succeed.

Responsibilities

Empower students with academic support based on the Florida curriculum.
Develop customized learning plans that help students truly understand the material, not just memorize it.
Offer remedial and enrichment opportunities to help students who need extra support—or a challenge to stretch them further.
Collaborate with parents to keep them in the loop on progress, struggles, and successes.
