This role is responsible for shaping and influencing business strategy while driving integrated planning, performance management, and transformation initiatives across the organization. The executive translates strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensures alignment across sales and operational functions, and enables data-driven decision-making to optimize business outcomes. Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience of shaping and influencing business strategy while driving integrated planning, performance management, and transformation initiatives
  • 5+ years of Consumer Banking leadership experience in either FC Channel or other Specialty organizations
  • 5+ years of Leading projects and change management efforts
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to brief executives trends, key risks, priorities, and recommended actions, backed by data and a clear narrative.
  • Has a deep understanding of the banking, products, services and processes and excellent analytical skills
  • Change management or process design experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and complex matrix managed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities and resulting programs to improve performance as part of a fast moving, execution oriented organization
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Business acumen (Consumer Banking and Specialty organizations) with proven ability to leverage expertise with credibility and impact
  • Proven ability to turn complex ideas into well-structured execution programs
  • Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain credibility and influence with internal teammates and stakeholders
  • Ability to aggregate multiple sources of information to communicate quickly, succinctly, and effectively

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-channel sales engagement strategies, optimizing coordination across channels to maximize client reach, productivity, and revenue growth
  • Oversee staffing, capacity, and resource planning, aligning workforce strategy with demand forecasts and business priorities
  • Ensure optimal deployment of resources to balance efficiency, service levels, and growth objectives
  • Lead technology, CRM, and AI enablement initiatives, identifying and implementing tools that enhance productivity, client experience, and decision-making
  • Coordinate sales and financial plan forecasting, ensuring alignment between revenue targets, expense management, and long-term strategic objectives
  • Integrate financial forecasts with operational plans to provide a comprehensive view of business performance and risk
  • Partner with technology teams to prioritize capabilities that support strategic objectives
  • Shape site operational strategy through data-driven insights, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance optimization
  • Lead project and change management efforts, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives and adoption across stakeholders
  • Establish governance, tracking, and accountability mechanisms to drive execution discipline
  • Manage technology funding intake and oversight, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic priorities, deliver measurable value, and adhere to governance standards
