About The Position

ImproveIt! Home Remodeling is seeking an experienced acrylic tub/shower installation professional to partner with us as a subcontractor. We utilize acrylic panels (BCI products) in the wet area and do not perform tile work or painting in these areas. This is an opportunity for experienced installers who are tired of prospecting, customer inquiries, sales, and extensive travel to partner with a stable, established company. We handle the marketing, sales, customer service, and material procurement, allowing you to focus on measuring, installing, and getting paid.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in acrylic tub/shower installation systems (e.g., BCI, Kohler, Onyx, ReBath, Tyvarian).
• Possession of a truck.
• Possession of necessary tools for installation.
• Desire to grow income and improve life.
• Experience installing acrylic tub/shower installation systems.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to manage multiple crews.
• Willingness to take on jobs outside the standard radius for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Measure and install acrylic tub/shower systems.
• Manage your own crews if you choose to grow your business.
• Pick up job materials from the warehouse.
