About The Position

Lynch Consultants is seeking an Acquisition Support Specialist with a solid understanding of the full acquisition lifecycle who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference. Requirements

BA/BS degree
At least 10 years of experience in federal acquisition support
Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance
Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), federal procurement processes, and agency acquisition systems
Experience developing acquisition strategies, Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze procurement data and prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills across cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with market research, solicitation preparation, and technical/cost proposal evaluation
Comfortable coordinating with Contracting Officers, CORs, and program managers
Previous NIH or Federal IT acquisition support experience

Responsibilities
