About The Position

Fusion Growth Partners is an investor and business incubator for ambitious residential real estate agents, providing significant resources and capital to help them grow their profits and sales without taking ownership. We offer staff, business plans, marketing specialists, marketing capital, and team building to help agents move from a chaotic solopreneurship to a business with a team and capital, leading to predictable income growth and improved quality of life. Our process involves identifying and reaching out to potential investment candidates, presenting our investment model, and if mutually interested, working through financial terms to establish a deal. Post-investment, we provide sophisticated business planning, individualized systems, staff to run these systems, and marketing capital. Our compensation is earned from a small percentage of the client's future business.

• Manage the territory and become an evangelist for the company and its business building investments.
• Call directly on Real Estate offices to meet with Brokers and Agents.
• Meet with other professionals to sell services to Brokers and Agents.
• Network to build referral relationships to help open doors and increase network effect.
• Canvasing Real Estate Offices
