About The Position

BluePath Labs is seeking multiple Portfolio Lead Managers to lead multidisciplinary portfolios supporting a federal client. The role coordinates pre- and post-award delivery, staffing, workload, product quality, funding, and schedules while also performing substantive senior-level work in federal acquisition or project financial and performance management. Portfolio leads coordinate teams and integrate multidisciplinary inputs, work with client stakeholders, review work products, assess risks, and address funding, schedule, capacity, and other delivery issues. The position combines portfolio and team leadership with substantive delivery responsibilities. Client officials retain acquisition decisions and approval authority. These positions are contingent upon contract award. BluePath Labs is identifying qualified candidates for a proposal for an upcoming government contract; selected applicants may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded. The role is onsite in Washington, DC. U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. An active clearance is not required at application; TS/SCI eligibility or an active TS/SCI clearance is preferred.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
At least 10 years of experience in federal acquisition or project financial and performance management, including at least 3 years leading teams or portfolios.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate portfolio workload, staffing, quality, funding, schedules, and substantive delivery across pre- and post-award activities.
Ability to integrate multidisciplinary inputs, coordinate client stakeholders, review work products, assess risks, and resolve delivery issues.

Responsibilities

Support client acquisition activities while ensuring acquisition decisions and approval authority remain with client officials.
