About The Position

The Acquisition Project Manager – Packaging & Labeling provides strategic leadership and end-to-end project management for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, with a focus on packaging and labeling impacts. This role leads complex, highly visible projects supporting M&A, contracts, co-development partnerships and enterprise integration activities to enable operational excellence across Boston Scientific. This role is accountable for driving the successful integration of packaging and labeling designs, processes, systems and governance models into Boston Scientific's global operating framework while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory and regional requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years' related work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year's people and/or project management experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex, high-visibility acquisition and integration projects related to packaging and labeling, ensuring alignment with Global Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and OTC objectives.
  • Serve as the primary project leader for packaging and labeling integration activities, overseeing the full project lifecycle, including current-state assessment, future-state design, risk mitigation, solution development, integration and design ownership transfer.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, risk mitigation strategies and governance structures, to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive the integration of acquired entities' packaging and labeling processes, specifications, systems and standards into Boston Scientific's operational and quality frameworks.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional and global teams, including Packaging Engineering, Labeling, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, IT and external partners, to achieve integration milestones and business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders at all organizational levels to secure alignment, sponsorship, resources and timely decision-making while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Facilitate change management and adoption of new or harmonized packaging and labeling processes, tools and standards, ensuring effective transition into Boston Scientific operating models.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process standardization, optimization and scalability within packaging and labeling as part of acquisition integration and enterprise transformation efforts.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication of project status, risks and outcomes to senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Ensure acquisition projects meet established requirements for quality, compliance, cost, timelines and customer impact, supporting long-term value realization.
