Location/Division Specific Information: This position is located in Haverhill, MA. The 'Ward Hill' facility is part of the Laboratory Chemicals Division. Summary: The Repackaging team at Ward Hill supports the safe, compliant packaging of chemical products across both regulated and non-regulated environments. Operations span powders, liquids, glovebox processing, pumping, labeling, and custom bulk packaging. You will support the safe, accurate, and compliant repackaging of chemical products while adhering to established procedures and safety standards. Your work contributes to maintaining quality, inventory accuracy, and overall operational reliability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow written procedures with a strong attention to detail
  • Basic math skills for weighing and counting
  • Fluency in English (verbal/written)
  • Reliability and willingness to learn and support various process areas
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand coordination required to handle small containers, closures, labels, and tools with precision
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand motions such as sealing, labeling, crimping, and weighing
  • Ability to work in a warehouse and regulated manufacturing environment
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
  • Some degrees of PPE required, including safety glasses, gloves, gowns, respirators, or lab coats
  • Work environment may include varying temperatures, loud noise levels, and odors

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience in a CGMP environment, such as manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Repackaging chemical products, including powders and liquids, in both regulated and non-regulated environments
  • Strictly following Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements
  • Utilizing production equipment including pumps, scales, sealing tools while working in regulated environments such as hoods and gloveboxes
  • Labeling and verifying standard and custom bulk orders
  • Performing material and product handling, including movement, staging, and organization of bulk materials, intermediates, and finished goods
  • Handling and verifying accurate use of components such as containers, closures, labels, and packaging materials
  • Supporting material flow, order readiness, and movement of work through operational processes
  • Participating in cross-functional activities aligned with business needs and operational priorities
