Acquisition Policy & Oversight Task Lead
About The Position
MacMore is seeking a full-time Acquisition Policy & Oversight Task Lead to support a pending contract award for the General Services Administration’s Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS). The role is located in Washington, DC. The Task Lead will lead acquisition policy analysis, internal-review support, external-audit response support, and corrective-action recommendations. The role includes identifying systemic issues and coordinating proposed improvements with Government leadership, directing specialist work, reviewing significant findings and guidance, and connecting policy and oversight results to acquisition processes and operational delivery.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Experience with federal acquisition policy, compliance reviews, audit-response support, findings, and corrective actions.
- Ability to translate policy and oversight findings into practical improvements.
- Proposed target of 8+ years in communications, including 3+ years leading teams or workstreams.
- Proposed education target: relevant bachelor’s degree or permitted equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead acquisition policy analysis and internal-review support.

- Direct specialist work and review significant findings and guidance.
