Cisco's Corporate Development Integration (CDI) organization partners across Finance, Legal, Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, and various business units to successfully integrate acquired businesses into Cisco. Our team works at the intersection of mergers and acquisitions, customer operations, and business transformation, helping ensure customers experience a seamless transition while enabling Cisco to realize the full value of each acquisition. This is a high-visibility, high-growth opportunity for someone early in their career who learns fast, thrives with ambiguity, and enjoys working as part of a team. You'll get direct exposure to senior leadership and close partnership with Legal, Sales, the acquiring Business Unit, and Customer Experience — a rare seat for someone at this stage of their career to see how a company actually integrates acquisitions from the ground up. As an Acquisition Integration Specialist, you will play an important role in helping Cisco successfully transition customers from acquired companies into Cisco's quote-to-cash ecosystem. Working alongside experienced integration leaders, you will support customer migration strategy from acquisition due diligence through execution, helping ensure acquired customers are successfully onboarded to Cisco's products, pricing, contracts, and operational processes. You will participate in acquisition due diligence by reviewing legacy customer contracts, commercial terms, pricing structures, renewal models, and termination provisions to develop an understanding of customer obligations and migration complexity. You'll analyze how customers purchase products and services, reconcile contractual information with booking and revenue data, and help identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the integration process. Working closely with Legal, Customer Experience, Sales, Business Unit leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will help define migration strategies that transition customers from legacy business models onto Cisco's pricing, systems, and quote-to-cash processes. You will contribute to strategy discussions, help identify edge cases and operational challenges, and support continuous refinement of migration plans as new information becomes available. In this highly collaborative environment, you will help coordinate cross-functional execution by supporting program plans, tracking milestones, facilitating recurring team meetings, proactively identifying blockers, competing priorities, and making key decisions requiring leadership attention. Your ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and build strong working relationships across organizations will contribute to successful customer transitions with minimal disruption. This role offers exceptional exposure to Cisco's acquisition integration process, providing early-career professionals with the opportunity to develop expertise in mergers and acquisitions, customer operations, contract analysis, revenue processes, and more, all while partnering directly with senior leaders across the company.
