We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Director of Acquisition to lead performance media efforts across Programmatic, Search, and Social channels—with a heavy emphasis on Programmatic media buying and strategy. You’ll own the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns for key client accounts, from planning and activation through optimization and reporting. You’re fluent in leading DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon, and comfortable driving acquisition across platforms like Google Ads and Meta. You’ll serve as both a hands-on operator and strategic leader—partnering with internal teams and clients to deliver measurable growth. This is an ideal role for someone who is deeply technical in Programmatic media but also well-versed in broader acquisition channels and full-funnel marketing strategy.
