We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Premium Programmatic Sales Account Executive to drive Premium Programmatic revenue growth. The Premium Programmatic Sales Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients, expand existing accounts, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a team player and doer with a solid understanding of programmatic advertising technologies, strong sales acumen, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Competency in educating their company and clients on Programmatic advertising.
  • A network of contacts within the Programmatic advertising industry, including relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and brands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who can learn and teach, lifting everyone around them.
  • Proven track record of success in programmatic advertising sales, with at least 8-12 years of experience in a sales role. Someone who thrives and succeeds in an environment with quarterly revenue goals.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and data providers.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative sales plans to drive business growth. Proactively comes up with and executes new ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for assigned clients and advertising agencies to smash revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the programmatic advertising space.
  • Work with our Direct Sales team to develop tailored sales strategies to engage and acquire new premium programmatic clients.
  • Assist our Direct Sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, providing guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ops, Partnerships, Yield mgmt & Product to ensure seamless execution and Customer delight.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Educate sales team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and other relevant partners to drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and keep the company ahead of the curve.
