About The Position

As an Acquisition Consultant supporting the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), you will play a critical role in facilitating federal acquisition and procurement activities across multiple divisions and offices. Your expertise will help ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with federal regulations, directly impacting mission success and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Federal acquisition and procurement support experience
- Experience supporting acquisition planning activities in a federal acquisition environment
- Experience preparing federal solicitations (RFQ, RFP, IFB) and related documentation
- Experience preparing and maintaining federal contract files and procurement documentation
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in a support capacity
- Familiarity with federal contract types including FFP, IDIQ, Labor Hour, and T&M
- U.S. citizenship
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Acquisition/Contract Management, or a related field
- Experience coordinating acquisition and procurement actions with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., program offices, contracting staff)
- Based in the Washington, DC / DMV area
Responsibilities
- Supporting federal acquisition and procurement activities across CSOSA divisions and offices
- Assisting with acquisition planning, including requirements development and market research
- Preparing federal solicitations (RFQ, RFP, IFB) and related documentation
- Maintaining contract files and procurement documentation in accordance with federal standards
- Ensuring all processes and deliverables align with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Coordinating procurement actions with internal stakeholders such as program offices and contracting staff
- Providing additional procurement-related support as required under the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
