The Acquisition Associate plays a critical role in driving Strickland Brothers’ growth strategy by identifying, sourcing, and supporting the acquisition of high-quality quick lube businesses across the United States. This individual will proactively engage independent operators, build long-term relationships, and position Strickland Brothers as the preferred buyer when owners are ready to exit. This role combines outbound business development, relationship management, CRM ownership, and financial evaluation. The Acquisition Associate will work closely with the Chief Development Officer and VP of Franchise Development to execute acquisition initiatives aligned with the company’s expansion goals.
