Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group (TPMG), formerly Tidewater Primary Care Physicians, P.C., was formed in 1992 with four primary care medical groups in Newport News, Hampton, and Yorktown, Virginia. Today, TPMG has expanded its practices to include over 220 primary care, specialty physicians, and advanced practice clinicians who provide care to patients throughout the Hampton Roads and southeastern Virginia. TPMG Obstetrics and Gynecology are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team. TPMG Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) has locations in Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg and Gloucester. In collaboration with our dedicated physicians, we are currently seeking an additional Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Successful candidates will have strong communication, critical thinking skills, a strong team spirit and a passion for birth. TPMG OBGYN offers in-office ultrasounds (including 4D ultrasounds for our obstetrical patients), as well as designated laboratory tests, our physicians perform in-office colposcopies, LEEP procedures, and routine OBGYN care. https://www.mytpmg.com/location/obstetrics-gynecology/ Well known for its picturesque waves, bridges and tunnels, the area offers a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that cater to all types of lifestyles. Requirements

Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
Current state licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
Current DEA license.
Current national board certification.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide care to patients throughout the Hampton Roads and southeastern Virginia.
Collaborate with dedicated physicians in a multidisciplinary team.
Perform routine OBGYN care.
Offer in-office ultrasounds (including 4D ultrasounds for obstetrical patients).
Perform designated laboratory tests.
Assist physicians with in-office colposcopies and LEEP procedures.
