About The Position

As the Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you provide and manage advanced medical care for acutely and critically ill adults with complex conditions. You will work in collaboration with attending physicians and the interprofessional team across the acute care continuum – observation units, general acute care, critical care/ICU and the Emergency Department. The ACNP performs comprehensive assessments, formulates differential diagnoses, orders and interprets diagnostics, initiates and adjusts treatments while delivering high-reliability, patient-centered care. Requirements

ACNP or Physician Assistant certification
Experience in advanced medical care for acutely and critically ill adults with complex conditions
Ability to work in collaboration with attending physicians and the interprofessional team
Experience across acute care continuum (observation units, general acute care, critical care/ICU, Emergency Department)
Proficiency in performing comprehensive assessments
Skill in formulating differential diagnoses
Ability to order and interpret diagnostics
Capability to initiate and adjust treatments
Commitment to delivering high-reliability, patient-centered care
