We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Junior Buyer to support our procurement and inventory management activities. Requirements

DEP, DEC, or training in administration, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Autonomous, efficient, and proactive.
Strong interest in professional development and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Plan and monitor inventory levels of materials, packaging, and supplies to avoid stock shortages.
Place purchase orders according to production needs and ensure diligent follow-up with suppliers.
Track receipts and inventory discrepancies within the ERP system.
Maintain up-to-date supplier data, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Prepare procurement and inventory reports using Excel and the ERP system.
Participate in the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Provide support for purchasing and operations-related projects.
