ACH Cash Mngmt Operations Specialist
About The Position
The ACH/Cash Management Operations Specialist position provides support and service for the cash management needs of business banking clients. The individual will also ensure client retention, customer satisfaction and handle general accounts. Other responsibilities include performing a variety of duties to support the deposit operations function; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information and assist the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support department operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum.
- Preferably 3 years’ related experience.
