About The Position

This position is responsible for leading overall advertiser relationships and strategy, including account planning and direct agreements. The goal is to deliver sustained revenue growth through strategic partnerships and expanding product adoption across client divisions by building deep relationships with advertisers and agencies through trust, data-driven insights, and industry expertise. The role involves managing complex customer relationships and initiatives with significant impact, working with upper-tier accounts where objectives and decision-makers may not be clearly defined. It also requires leading cross-functional customer teams to establish clear goals and alignment, providing strategic guidance through category-level insights and relevant recommendations. The position demands managing complex stakeholder dynamics and navigating challenging organizational structures, necessitating effective communication with senior leadership through polished presentations and documentation. Additionally, the role involves developing and sharing best practices across their vertical, addressing non-standard escalations while maintaining relationships, and requires both tactical and strategic thinking focused on delivering long-term solutions while maintaining strong client relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media or related field.
  • Five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or another related occupation.
  • Five years of experience in prospecting, penetrating and creating new relationships with clients at all levels within large Entertainment organizations.
  • Five years of experience in driving deals to closure in a new business environment.
  • Five years of experience in leading customer relationship management in a client-facing role which includes contract negotiation and administration.
  • Five years of experience in retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers through strategic partnerships.
  • Five years of experience in understanding display, video, and audio advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for advertisers.
  • Five years of experience utilizing Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.
  • Domestic and/or international travel up to 50% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
