ACCS Assistant Program Director
About The Position
Join Aspire Health and Community Services as an ACCS Assistant Program Director (APD) and take on a crucial leadership role within our dynamic Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) programs! In this exciting position, you will work closely with the Program Director to ensure the effective delivery of community-based mental health and substance use services. Your role will involve providing essential clinical and administrative leadership across multiple sites, supporting adults who are facing mental health and substance use challenges. Your dedication will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and transformative treatment to the individuals we serve. Under the guidance of the Program Director, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with all required regulations and policies to the highest standards!
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
- At least one year of supervisory/management experience
- A strong understanding and knowledge of evidence-based practices (e.g., Stages of Change, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction) and their application in mental health recovery
- The ability to lead a team, provide supervision, and make effective decisions
Nice To Haves
- An Independent Clinical License is highly preferred
- Prior experience in recovery-based community services
