About The Position

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is a leading statewide provider of behavioral health services and a Certified Great Place to Work. With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence throughout the state, we are currently seeking a Residential Coordinator to support individuals living in ACCS residential group homes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED plus three years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s Degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in human services required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required during all working hours.
  • MAP certification required within the first six months of employment.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with internet, word processing, electronic records, and email systems.
  • Commitment to individual empowerment, human rights, personal growth, and community integration.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the health, safety, dignity, and quality of life of individuals served.
  • Coordinate medical appointments, follow-up care, and multidisciplinary team communication.
  • Oversee medication administration and maintain required MAP documentation.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency services, including on-call support.
  • Implement ISP goals and strategies that promote independence and community integration.
  • Complete and review electronic health records, assessments, progress summaries, and required reports.
  • Communicate with staff, families, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and outside agencies.
  • Monitor residential safety, maintenance needs, fire drills, and property conditions.
  • Support benefits management, including Social Security, health insurance, food assistance, and housing subsidies.
  • Provide supervision, training, and administrative support to residential staff.
