Accra Tech 2nd Shift
About The Position
This position is responsible for production and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on an assigned ACCRA press line. The role involves operating and fully understanding ACCRA press line controls, including startup and shutdown procedures. The technician will perform all part and quality checks at given intervals, assist Senior ACCRA Techs with troubleshooting and unplanned downtime, and be responsible for all press changeovers on their assigned line. Additionally, they will assist tool and die with basic die maintenance during production runs, recover presses, equipment, and robots from error or faulted positions, and manage assigned production documentation. The role also includes making minor process adjustments to maintain part quality, leading and maintaining 5S standards, and collaborating effectively with other production operators and ACCRA Techs on other shifts. A professional customer service attitude and the ability to communicate with all levels of associates are essential. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements

- Work collaboratively with other production operators on the ACCRA lines
