Accra Tech 3rd Shift
About The Position
This position is responsible for production and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on an assigned ACCRA press line. The role involves operating and fully understanding ACCRA press line controls, performing startups and shutdowns as required, and conducting all part and quality checks at given intervals. The ACCRA Tech will assist Senior ACCRA Techs with troubleshooting and unplanned downtime issues, and is responsible for all press changeovers on their assigned line. Additional duties include assisting tool and die with basic die maintenance during production runs, recovering the press, equipment, and robots from error or faulted positions, and maintaining assigned production documentation. The role also requires making minor process adjustments to ensure part quality, leading and maintaining 5S standards, and working collaboratively with other production operators. Effective communication with other ACCRA Techs on different shifts and maintaining a professional customer service attitude are essential. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with ACCRA press lines
- Ability to operate and understand ACCRA press line controls

Responsibilities
- Responsible for production and OEE on an assigned ACCRA press line
- Operate and fully understand ACCRA press line controls
- Startup line and shut down line when required
- Perform all part and quality checks at given intervals
- Assist Senior ACCRA Tech on all troubleshooting and unplanned downtime issues
- Responsible for all press changeovers at assigned ACCRA press line
- Assist tool and die in basic die maintenance during a production run (clearing debris, oiling, greasing, etc.)
- Recover press, equipment and robots from error or faulted position
- Responsible for assigned production documentation (Changeover documents, production board, downtime, etc.)
- Make minor process adjustments as needed to maintain necessary part quality
- Lead and maintain 5S standards
- Work collaboratively with other production operators on the ACCRA lines
- Communicate effectively with other ACCRA Techs on other shifts
- Have a professional customer service attitude and ability to communicate with all levels of associates
