Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor who can lead a team, improve processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our receivables function. This is more than a collections role. You'll be responsible for helping drive cash flow, supporting financial reporting, partnering with multiple departments, and developing a team that delivers accurate and timely results every day. Requirements
- 5+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related accounting experience
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong understanding of receivables processes, credit management, and collections
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working within ERP or accounting systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence handling difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism and customer relationships
Responsibilities
- Leading, developing, and supporting Accounts Receivable team members
- Monitoring daily AR activity to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Overseeing customer billing, supplier invoicing, and account statements
- Reviewing aging reports and helping resolve delinquent accounts
- Investigating billing discrepancies, deductions, chargebacks, and account concerns
- Preparing reporting and metrics related to collections, aging, and cash flow
- Participating in credit reviews and risk management discussions
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiency
- Building positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards, including GAAP
