About The Position
The Accounts Receivable Specialist role involves collections, payment processing, and credit card processing. The position requires experience in managing collections and follow-ups for invoices and statements.
Requirements
- Experience in collections and accounts receivable.
- Skills in payment processing and credit card processing.
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Oracle or SAP (ERP) is a plus.
- Ability to pull historical data from their previous ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Manage collections, invoice and statement distribution, and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Handle high volumes of small invoices as well as high-dollar value invoices.
- Review accounts receivable aging, obtain invoices in the system, contact clients, and accurately note accounts.
