About The Position
Our Client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Westbrook. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience handling high-volume invoicing, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices and payments
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
- Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support month-end close activities
