About The Position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, payment matching, and collections. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, supporting month-end close, and communicating with clients regarding invoices and disputes. Collaboration with Finance/Payroll teams on cash flow reporting is also a key aspect of this position. A preferred responsibility includes managing AR processes related to logistics operations.

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on AR (Accounts Receivable) experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) required
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

AR/finance experience in the logistics industry
Experience in entertainment/music industry or agency environment
Experience handling multi-country transactions (Korea/US/Germany/Mexico)

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable process: invoicing, payment matching, collections
Prepare and review AR Aging reports; follow up on overdue accounts
Maintain and operate QuickBooks Online (QBO) AR module, ensuring data accuracy
Support month-end/quarter-end close through AR account reconciliation
Communicate with clients (labels/partners) regarding invoices and resolve disputes
Collaborate with Finance/Payroll teams on cash flow reporting
(Preferred) Manage AR processes related to logistics operations (e.g., shipment-invoice matching, logistics vendor settlement)
