Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Accounting or related field
5 + years AR/Collections experience in a manufacturing/service site environment
Knowledge of SAP AR process or equivalent ERP system
Experience with general accounting practices
Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
Experience managing a team and strong leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, receipts, and payment applications
Establish strong relationships with customers / internal departments to improve AR processes and resolve issues
Prepare monthly reporting deliverables and analyze aging details for management review
Develop and implement efficient processes for the accounts receivable function and establish targets for the AR team
Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their performance and professional growth
Will supervisor a staff of 2 direct reports
