Job Summary The A/R Coordinator compiles amounts owed to the company by customers or clients, and inputs figures to the accounting system. Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required, along with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• This role works closely with outside markets and clients.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute invoices
• Process credit card charges; follow up on and resolve declines
• Manage billing for multiple clients with varying requirements
• Communicate proactively with management regarding problem accounts
• Post payments and process unit refunds
• Conduct follow-up and collection calls on delinquent accounts
• Provide customer service related to billing inquiries
• Process Direct Bill applications
• Perform account research and reconciliations
• Lead monthly A/R meetings
• Work with spreadsheets for reporting and tracking
