The Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist is responsible for depositing and posting daily accounts receivable receipts. This role involves monitoring and contacting customers to discuss debt and encourage timely payments, accurately posting customer payments, and managing and reporting historical records of account status and collection operations. The position also includes processing and posting ACH payments and handling adjustments and write-offs to customer accounts, as well as answering customer questions regarding their accounts.
