About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the accurate and timely management of billing, collections, and credit processes across the resort. In this role, you will process payments, reconcile accounts, prepare invoices, and respond to guest and client inquiries with professionalism and care. Requirements

• Maintain credit procedures throughout the resort in accordance with local regulations and Four Seasons policies and standards related to billing, collections, credit cards, guest inquiries, and check cashing.
• Process and post all check payments to the City Ledger on a daily basis.
• Prepare timely reconciliations for all accounts receivable, including credit card accounts.
• Prepare and distribute corporate invoices and statements for outstanding City Ledger accounts, ensuring contracted rates are applied accurately and collections are followed up on in a timely manner.
• Respond to guest and credit card company inquiries promptly and professionally, including preparing documentation and processing adjustments when necessary.
• Valid work authorization in the United States
